Reason for Change	Originally this and another course were designed as new required work in the humanities for secondary education students.  This work was to be extensive and so the courses were set at five credit hours.  Since then education's needs have been better met by a three (3) hour course than a five (5) hour course.  Also, our students--A&S students for the most part, have requested that the courses be changed to three hours.  In order to meet the needs of all concerned and to bring this and the other course in line with the usual credit hours of A&S courses, we wanted to change these two courses from 5 to 3 hours.  The other was changed previously and this should have been changed with it.  This action just normalizes the situation in our offerings.
