Catalog A study of the religion of Islam, its historical development, contemporary forms and current issues. Non-Western multicultural course. An introduction to the academic understanding of Islam. Topics may include: Faith, rituals, law (Shari'h), jurisprudence (Fiqh), theology (Kalam), and stories from the Islamic heritage. Non-Western multicultural course.
